
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 beef or pig heart
- 1 pot of seasoned, prepared bone broth
DIRECTIONS:
- Thaw heart.
- Place your thawed heart in your bone broth.
- Simmer in bone broth for 12-24 hours.
- After 12-24 hours, the heart will be tender. Remove heart from the pot, cover, and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
- Slice or dice the braised heart for service on kabobs or sandwiches.
