INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Thighs, and/or Drumsticks
- 1/4 cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare the Marinade:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
