- Refrigerate cuts you plan to cook within the next few days
- Freeze remaining cuts in your freezer
BEFORE COOKING:
- Thaw meat overnight in the refrigerator
- Remove meat from package and bring to room temperature
- Cook using the recipes in our recipe guide or use your own!
AFTER COOKING:
- Please tell friends and family that you believe would enjoy our meat
