Lip smacking ribs!

I made a gift for my daughter of a cut she had never cooked herself yet. She said these ribs along with the enclosed recipe was the Best she’d ever had. We so appreciate ethically raised animals and the kindness and care that goes into raising them. Aspey Farms does it right on all accounts. Good for the cows, good for the Earth, and good for humans.

Incredible Quality and Customer Service

The flavor of my beef bone broth was amazing!! Can’t wait to try out the short ribs this weekend. Great Short Ribs

My husband and I ate short ribs from Aspey Farms this weekend and absolutely loved them! The ribs were not too fatty and had generous portions of meat on the bones. We cooked the ribs in the instant pot and broiled them in the oven to finish them off. The meat fell right off the bone coming out of the instant pot and crisped up nicely in the oven. I will definitely be buying these again!
