Our 100% grass-fed Beef Fat Trimmings is a mix of subcutaneous fat, fat from around the muscles, and from outside the body cavity. It's an excellent source of animal fat that contains a little more muscle and connective tissue pieces relative to suet. It has a variety of uses outside of being a healthy and hearty source of fat in your diet.
