Absolutely delicious!

This was my first time trying beef tongue. I boiled it on low for 3-4 hours and then peeled it. Then I shredded and browned it in a saute pan. I can honestly say it was the most tender, delicious shredded beef I have ever tasted. My husband isn't too keen on the whole "nose to tail" eating philosophy, and even he loved it. We were fighting over the last little bit of it! Highly recommend you try it.
