Shipping Info
We strive to make the shipping process as seamless and convenient as possible. Here's what you need to know:
- Shipping Area: We currently ship to the entire continental U.S.
- Packaging: Our products are shipped frozen in eco-friendly, insulated packaging and ice to maintain quality during transit.
- Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers like UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
- Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping for orders over $199 to select states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
- Delivery Times: Our standard delivery time is 2-5 business days. We will email to confirm our estimated delivery day works for your schedule.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the safety of your meats, we require selecting a 2-Day or less shipping option.
Other FAQs
We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive in as early as 1-2 days depending upon your order date and location.
No problem. We'll leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able.
Items are shipped frozen and carefully packaged in an insulated bag and box with ice so food stays frozen even if you’re not home when we deliver.
Yes, there is a $99 order minimum to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature.
Please Note: Orders of $199 or more to select states qualify for Free Home Delivery.

Orders within our regular service area are delivered by a trusted local courier. Orders outside our regional service area will be shipped via UPS.
Our local/Michigan area customers are able to return 100% of clean packaging from their most recent order only to us for recycling and reuse. Compact your packaging into one Apsey Farms box and simply leave your return box out for the driver to pick up upon your next delivery. If you live outside of Michigan we are not able to accommodate package returns at this time.
