The final price will vary depending on the size of the cow. To reserve your spot, we ask you submit a $100 deposit and fill out this brief survey. We will send you the final invoice once we know the final hanging weight of the cow after processing.
On average, your purchase will include 100-125 lbs of beef and will cost between $800 and $900.

We list an approximation of the beef cut breakdown below, which will vary depending on the size of the cow, your preferences and how you would like the meat cut up.
STEAKS (~15-20 LBS)
- 6 lbs sirloin
- 4-5 lbs NY Strip, T-Bone, Porterhouse, or a combination
- 4 lbs ribeye or ribeye steak
- 1 lb tenderloin filet
- 1 lb skirt steak
- 0.75 lbs flank steak
GROUND BEEF (50+ LBS)
ROASTS (~20-25 LBS)
- 11 lbs bone in chuck roasts
- 3 lbs boneless chuck roasts
- 8-9 lbs round roast
MISCELLANEOUS (18+ LBS)
- 3-4 lbs brisket
- 5 lbs short ribs
- 9+ lbs stew meat, dog & soup bones
- 3-4 lbs liver, heart
