Similar to our beef soup bones, our Beef (Wagyu-Angus) Meaty Neck Bones are excellent additions to a stock or stew recipe. However, the meaty bones contain more meat. It may not be enough for a meal, but it can infuse the stock with the rich flavor of the meat.
